Hop aboard an open-top or fully enclosed double decker to discover Moraine Lake. Snap photos of unparalleled scenery & immerse yourself in the Canadian Rockies – all while breathing in the fresh mountain air. Tickets include parking* at Deer Lodge, which is only a short five-minute walk from Lake Louise lakeshore. Guests can enjoy Lake Louise before or after their shuttle to Moraine Lake. All shuttles to Moraine Lake depart from Deer Lodge located at 109 Lake Louise Dr, Lake Louise, AB.

The 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and 12:00 p.m. departures use a fully enclosed double decker. This is a great option for those who want protection from the sun, wind and/or cold.
Upon checkout, you must select your departure time from Deer Lodge. Once at Moraine Lake, there’s a shuttle every 60 minutes back to Deer Lodge, with guests free to choose whatever shuttle works for them.
All guests are required to check in at the Moraine Lake Big Bus booth located in the Deer Lodge parking lot 15 minutes before their scheduled departure time. We regret that no accommodations can be made if you miss your originally scheduled departure time.
For your comfort and safety, only water is permitted on board. Please refrain from bringing other food or drinks unless they are secured in a backpack, bag, etc.

From early June to early October.
Buses depart from Deer Lodge to Moraine Lake every 60 minutes between 8:00 am & 1:00 pm and from Moraine Lake back to Deer Lodge every 60 minutes between 10:00 am & 5:00 pm.
All reservations are final and non-refundable. We are unable to switch the date & time post purchase.

Yes, kids of any age are allowed. There are lots of fun and exciting things for kids to do and see while exploring both lakes.
Infants and kids of any age require a full fare ticket as they require their own seat.
Yes, tickets are valid until used. We guarantee you a spot on the bus for your originally selected date & time. If you miss your original date and / or time, we will do our best to accommodate you upon your arrival however, we can’t guarantee a spot will be available.
The bus tour is suitable for any age or fitness level.
The upper deck is not wheelchair accessible. The lower deck (inside of the bus) is wheelchair accessible.
Tickets can be purchased at the bus however, seats sell fast. It is recommended you purchase tickets online.
No pets are permitted on board. Service dogs are allowed.
